Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic recent graduates and early-career professionals with 0-2 years of experience to join our Business Analysis team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and working with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions. You will gain hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, process improvement, and supporting project delivery across various business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and use cases.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist in conducting stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect tracking.
  • Prepare process flow diagrams, wireframes, and business workflows using appropriate tools.
  • Analyze business data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience or academic/project exposure in Business Analysis.
  • Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation techniques.
