Job Title: Material Handler / Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated Material Handlers/Warehouse Associates to join our team. This position is responsible for safely moving materials, products, parts, and finished goods throughout the warehouse or production facility using various equipment and tools. The ideal candidate will work within established procedures while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to transport materials and products throughout the facility
Move, load, unload, and organize materials and inventory accurately
Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
Maintain inventory and production records as needed
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines
Complete assigned tasks within established timelines and productivity expectations
Work effectively in a team environment under general supervision
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
Forklift certification or ability to obtain required certifications/training preferred
Basic computer skills required
Ability to read, write, understand, and interpret documents in English
Basic math and problem-solving skills required
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors
Experience working in a metrics-driven environment is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift
Frequent use of hands and repetitive hand movements may be required
Must be able to lift and move up to 50+ lbs as needed
Ability to work around moving equipment and machinery
Work Environment:
Warehouse/manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise levels
Exposure to changing temperatures, including hot summer conditions and cooler winter conditions
May involve working around moving mechanical equipment and other warehouse conditions
