Telemarketing Specialist Job Description:
The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads via outbound calls. This role plays a critical part in boosting sales and expanding our customer base. Our candidate will be working 3 days a week, taking charge in reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and pitching our products or services effectively. This is an on-site position located at our Delray, Florida Office.
Post Telemarketing Specialist Role:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.Achieve specific call and sales targets.Follow up on leads and ensure they are converted into sales.Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential customers.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
Qualifications Criteria:
High school diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus.Proven 1-2 years experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales role and lead generationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
