Job Description

Optimize University enrollment by providing personal attention and assistance to prospective students in all matters regarding admission to the University.

Position Specific Responsibilities/Accountabilities

1. Participate in all aspects of recruitment and outreach to prospective undergraduate students in the Southwest.

2. Visit local high schools community colleges and community based organizations across the country.

3. Provide admission counseling and Financial Aid information to prospective students their parents and counselors.

4. Utilize web and digital communication and information platforms to reach underrepresented and Spanish speaking students and families.

5. Participate in the evaluation of applications for undergraduate admission.

6. Assist with planning and execution of on campus recruitment events.

7. Represent LMU across the country at community and at professional organizations or associations serve on committees as required.

8. Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Requisite Qualifications

• Typically a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience . Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge skills and abilities needed to keep abreast of regulation/policy changes.

• Minimum 1 year experience in admission financial aid or other area of higher education is preferred.

• Familiarity with the Southeast region

• Exemplary communication skills (both written and oral) essential.

• Highly developed organizational skills.

• Demonstrated computer competency.

Salary range

$61800.00 - $77300.00 Salary commensurate with education and experience.
