Service Writer / Service Advisor – Entry Level Welcome

Foreign Sports Automotive is a top-rated European auto repair shop in Thousand Oaks, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a motivated, computer-savvy Service Writer with a great attitude and strong communication skills. Experience is a plus, but NOT required.

If you’re good with Word, Excel, and learning new systems, and you enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity to start or grow a career in automotive.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide a great service experience.
• Open repair orders and document concerns.
• Communicate with technicians and customers.
• Build estimates and updates in Tekmetric (we train you).
• Use Word & Excel to stay organized.
• Manage workflow, inspections, and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email, typing).
• Quick learner with new software (Tekmetric).
• Positive attitude and reliable.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
