Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Administrator / Developer (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)

Location: Albany, NY (Day 1 Onsite)

Relocation: From EST Zone only

Experience: 10 years (Not less than 10 years)

Duration: 30 Months

Interview: Face 2 Face

Visa: H1B, GC, GCEAD, H4EAD, USC

Mandatory

• Day 1 onsite in Albany, NY
• In-person interview is mandatory. No exceptions.
• Strong Salesforce Administration and Development experience required.

Required Experience:

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration and administration
• Experience designing, building, and deploying custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflow rules
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow
• Experience managing user profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings
• Experience creating and optimizing reports and dashboards
• Experience with Salesforce AppExchange integrations and third-party solutions
• Experience in Salesforce data management including data loading, cleansing, and de-duplication
• Experience working with Salesforce release cycles and adapting solutions to new features
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with SOQL and SOSL for data querying.
