Luther Oaks, a faith-based, mission-driven senior living community, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our skilled nursing residents. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering competitive pay, full benefits, and a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide compassionate, holistic nursing care to residents
  • Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Support residents’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
  • Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all residents

Required Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Ability to comprehend and carry out oral and written instructions
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with older adults or in skilled nursing settings
