We are supporting our client on a search for a Project Coordinator who will keep things moving across a fast-paced, fully remote team. This is a great launchpad for someone who is early in their career and wants exposure to real work, real teams, and real impact.

You will partner with operations, product, and leadership on the projects that matter most. We are open to recent grads, internship grads, and career changers. If you love organization, calendars, and helping smart people do their best work, this is a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, schedule, and track projects from kickoff to close
• Coordinate across teams to keep work moving on time
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates
• Run team standups and capture action items
• Track risks and flag blockers early
• Support meeting logistics and follow-ups
• Build templates and process improvements as you go

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of project coordination, administrative, or operations experience
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Clear written communication
• Comfort with tools like Notion, Slack, Asana, or similar
• Open to recent grads, internship grads, and career changers
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required
