Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time (W2)

About the Role

Country Land Group is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and help keep our team running efficiently. This is a critical role for someone who thrives on creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring the office operates smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities, team support, and operational coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized, efficient workplace
  • Oversee scheduling, calendars, meetings, and office communications
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks and operational coordination
  • Handle incoming calls, correspondence, filing, and document management
  • Coordinate vendors, office supplies, and facility-related needs
  • Assist with reports, data tracking, and maintaining accurate records
  • Support marketing and administrative projects as needed
  • Help improve systems and processes to increase office efficiency
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong internal communication

  • Office operations run smoothly and efficiently day to day
  • Administrative tasks and requests are handled accurately and on time
  • Reports and records are maintained with a high level of detail
