We are currently hiring a Nonprofit Fundraising Associate to join our growing team.
Represent respected nonprofit partners at retail pop-ups, community events, and outreach campaigns
Engage with community members through face-to-face conversations about important causes
Inspire monthly donor support and one-time contributions
Share each organization’s mission, programs, and community impact in a clear and compelling way
Help meet daily and weekly fundraising goals through performance and consistency
Assist with event setup, campaign branding, and donor tracking
Work closely with team leaders to improve communication and fundraising skills
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
Positive attitude and competitive mindset
Passion for helping others and supporting meaningful causes
Coachable, reliable, and goal-oriented
Customer service, retail, sales, or fundraising experience is helpful but not required
Ability to work flexible schedules including some weekends
