Position Title: Instructor (Reading, Writing & Math)

Location: 160 N. Canyon Drive, Sierra Vista, AZ

Schedule: Part-Time, Tuesday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: $16–$18 per hour (DOE)

We’re looking for an Instructor who is not just skilled, but genuinely invested in helping others grow—someone who can meet students with patience, encouragement, and curiosity.

Stilwell’s uses a proprietary learning system designed to strengthen the foundations of reading, math, and handwriting. We provide the structure and tools—you bring the connection, engagement, and support that bring learning to life.

In this role, you will:

• Support students in reading, writing, math, and handwriting
• Build trust and connection with learners of all ages
• Deliver instruction using our proven learning system
• Break down concepts in ways that make sense to each individual
• Encourage critical thinking and independent learning
• Celebrate progress—both big and small
