Hybrid Recruiter / Account Executive

Location: Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

On-Target Earnings:

• Year 1: $75,000 – $90,000
• Year 2: $100,000+

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients to uncover hiring needs
• Prospect new business through calls, referrals, networking, and market outreach
• Source, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify top talent
• Match candidates with client opportunities to create successful placements
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring strategy and market trends
• Present highly qualified candidates and manage the interview process
• Deliver exceptional service through consistent communication and follow-through
• Track performance metrics and grow your own book of business
