  • Driving reliability improvement initiatives and managing vendors to deliver on scope, budget, and timelines.

  • Investigating service interruptions with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Maintaining preventive and corrective maintenance programs that align with contract requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and technical documentation.

  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.

  • Adaptability to dynamic environments and operational demands.

  • Safety-conscious and detail-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to supervise contractors and manage vendor relationships.

  • Experience with planning, budgeting, and project coordination.

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Work with safety-critical infrastructure and cutting-edge rail technology

  • Progress towards advancing system reliability, operational excellence, and professional growth in a transformational industry

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

  • comp: $90k - 105k

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
