What You’ll Do Be at the heart of warehouse operations, keeping materials moving and business running smoothly: Safely operate sit-down forklifts and material handling equipment Load/unload trucks and move inventory efficiently Receive and inspect shipments for accuracy and quality Pick and prepare orders using RF scanners Pack, palletize, and stage outgoing shipments Track inventory in real time and maintain accurate records Support shipping & receiving operations (labeling, documentation) Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Work closely with your team to hit daily production goals What We’re Looking For We want dependable, skilled operators who are ready to jump in: ✅ 1+ year of recent forklift experience (required) ✅ Valid forklift certification ✅ Experience with sit-down forklifts in a warehouse ✅ Knowledge of picking, packing, and material handling ✅ Comfortable using RF scanners & inventory systems ✅ Strong attention to detail and safety ✅ Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment ✅ Ability to lift and move heavy materials Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sellersburg, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
