Job Description

The IT Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing information technology equipment within a warehouse or distribution environment. This role ensures accurate inventory management and timely shipment of IT hardware while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming IT equipment such as computers, servers, monitors, and accessories
• Accurately record inventory using warehouse management systems or barcode scanners
• Pick, pack, and ship customer or internal orders in a timely manner
• Label, tag, and track IT assets according to company procedures
• Perform basic testing or inspection of hardware (if required)
• Maintain organized storage of equipment and supplies
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments
• Conduct routine inventory counts and audits
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Keep the work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, inventory systems, Microsoft Excel)
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Warehouse or distribution center setting
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• May involve operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks)
