Working conditions:
This role operates across diverse environments, including a climate-controlled warehouse, professional office spaces, executive work areas, and occasional outdoor settings. The associate must be adaptable to varying physical conditions and capable of:
• Standing, walking, and handling materials for extended periods.
• Working in fluctuating temperatures, particularly in outdoor or loading dock areas.
• Wearing protective clothing and footwear in warehouse zones.
• Navigating noise, dust, and other environmental factors typical of logistics operations.
• Maintaining mobility and safety awareness in both industrial and professional settings.
Basic Purpose:
The Supply & Logistics Associate is a trusted, highly autonomous team-member based at a state-of-the-art logistics center. This role plays a critical part in supporting end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations across a large, dynamic campus environment. Responsibilities span a wide range of business-essential services, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, MFP device support, signage deployment, event logistics, and high-touch customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Operate safely within a modern logistics center using equipment such as roll-up doors, dock levelers, pallet jacks (manual and motorized), forklifts, manlifts, and warehouse ladders.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning workspaces, vehicles, and equipment.
• Use mobile scanning/tracking devices to maintain accurate chain-of-custody records for all material movements.
• Ensure the highest level of materials and information security while processing sensitive member and employee information and items.
• Accurately pick, pack, and process internal orders for shipping and delivery across campus.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of materials throughout the organization.
• Oversee assigned Supply and Copy Rooms, ensuring they are kept neat, organized, and stocked appropriately.
• Drive golf carts, van, or similar vehicles to transport supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Deploy posters, signs, and other visual materials throughout campus buildings.
• Provide logistical support for campus events, including setup and breakdown.
• Provide high-touch customer service to a broad range of team members including executive-level staff.
• Perform routine maintenance and first-line troubleshooting for campus MFP devices (e.g., clearing jams and errors, replacing toner, loading paper), and notifying the appropriate technician when advanced troubleshooting is required.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory in warehouse and satellite storage areas.
• Prepare and print customer orders, ensuring accuracy, quality, and security
• Assist customers with their printing and shipping needs, providing guidance on available services and options.
• Provide real-time feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate motorized equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated integrity and commitment to stewardship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Positive attitude, team player, and a service-driven mindset
Preferred qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or facilities support.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, manlifts).
• Experience with mobile scanning/tracking devices.
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong follow-through and professionally reliable.
• Sound decision-making in service-oriented situations, balancing efficiency with quality and care.
