We are hiring a VP of Engineering to lead Neon’s engineering team and enable the CTO to focus on strategically scaling the company. This leader will own execution across engineering, build and mentor a world-class team, and ensure we continue shipping high‑quality products at startup speed. The timeline to hire is by early 2026.

Lead Neon’s engineering function to support rapid product innovation and scale.

• Own engineering execution : Ensure products are shipped reliably, securely, and at startup velocity.
• Build the team : Recruit, mentor, and retain exceptional engineers.
