• 3-5 years proven experience as a Game Developer, with a strong portfolio of shipped titles or prototypes.
• Expertise in programming with Unreal Engine (Blueprints and C++).
• Solid understanding of 3D math, real-time rendering, and game physics.
• Experience building and extending systems on top of commercial game engines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and proactive.
• Solid debugging, optimization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, global team environment.

• Experience with multiplayer networking or cross-platform development.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Contributions to open-source Unreal Engine projects or plugins.
