At True Talent, our team is the heartbeat of everything we do. We’re looking for a Part-Time Team Experience Assistant who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves creating organized, positive, and supportive experiences behind the scenes.
This role works closely with our leadership team to support hiring, onboarding, communication, and overall team experience—helping ensure every team member feels set up for success both at HQ and on the road.
What You’ll Do
Support hiring + onboarding (scheduling, communication, welcome experience)
Help keep team systems, documents, and records organized
Assist with internal communication across HQ and event teams Support team engagement, morale, and recognition initiatives
Help track performance reviews, trainings, and follow-ups
Assist with staffing coordination and team support for events

Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism
Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
Thrives in a fast-moving, growing environment
Schedule & Travel
Part-time (flexible hours with weekday availability preferred)
Occasional travel required for events (primarily weekends)
Availability during peak competition season is a plus

Have experience in HR, recruiting, or operations
Have worked in events, dance, or entertainment
