Job Description

Salary: $148,700 - 201,200 per year Requirements:

  • We require 7+ years of direct experience working with engineering teams.
  • We require 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • We require 3+ years of software development experience.
  • We require 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
  • We require experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, including process building and release coordination.
  • We prefer 5+ years of project management expertise covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • We prefer experience leading projects across cross-functional groups, creating durable processes, and coordinating release timelines.
  • We prefer experience defining KPIs and SLAs to support multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • We own highly complex programs with broad organizational reach and/or deep architectural influence.
  • We lead major engineering initiatives that solve difficult technical challenges.
  • We identify risks and opportunities in technical direction, architecture, and engineering organization design.
  • We scope, plan, implement, and deliver projects and programs aligned with strategic objectives.
  • We partner with program managers and senior leaders to ensure alignment with our vision and goals.
  • We drive cross-functional efforts and build strong relationships with other teams and business partners.
  • We work proactively with business teams to help ensure security objectives are achieved.
  • We embed information security into our organizational processes and development practices.
  • We establish metrics and recurring reporting frameworks.
  • We support deep-dive reviews and ad hoc data analysis requests.
  • We present findings, recommendations, and remediation actions for all assigned activities.
