Job Description

Salary: $148,700 - 201,200 per year Requirements:

  • We are looking for 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
  • We require 3+ years of software development experience.
  • We need 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
  • We value experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, including process creation and release schedule coordination.
  • We seek experience designing and assessing system-level technical solutions.
  • We require a track record of developing and delivering product and technical roadmaps.
  • We prefer 5+ years of project management expertise covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • We prefer experience defining KPIs and SLAs that support multi-million-dollar businesses and presenting results to senior leadership.

  • We identify and address difficult, ambiguous problems with limited structure and significant business or security implications.
  • We communicate complex decisions, trade-offs, and solution options clearly to leaders in both written and verbal form.
  • We build alignment and consensus across teams around cohesive technology strategies.
  • We champion and prioritize new product needs and feature requests for development.
  • We identify short- and long-term product opportunities and turn them into actionable recommendations.
  • We influence stakeholders to adopt resilient, scalable solutions.
  • We plan, execute, monitor, and de-risk programs.
  • We troubleshoot technical issues for customers and validate new integration launches.
  • We own long-running initiatives that improve Prime Video reliability and customer experience.
  • We lead execution toward goals and provide updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • We partner with teams across Prime Video, Amazon, and AWS to influence roadmaps and strategy.
  • We drive a portfolio of programs shaping playback for live events, linear content, and video on demand.
