Job Description

Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join their dynamic and growing Real Estate practice in their Boston, Connecticut or New York office locations.

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience representing companies, developers, franchisees, investors, and other entities in sophisticated real estate matters, with a focus on commercial leasing , franchise and distribution, and general corporate real estate.

  • Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and broader experience in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties.

  • Experience representing franchisees, including reviewing and negotiating agreements, renewals and transfers, as well as experience in the acquisition of assets and general corporate tasks.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Excellent academic credentials.
