Core Responsibilities:
· Assist with daily activities and structured programming
· Support living skills, personal hygiene, feeding and behavior management
· Encourage participation and positive social interactions
· Monitor members' health and well-being
· Complete documentation accurately
· Follow all safety, emergency, and health protocols
· Support members during transitions
· Model appropriate community behavior at all times
· Serve as a positive role model to members and co-workers
· Follow chain of command and consult group leads when needed
· Demonstrate respectful, courteous, and inclusive behavior in all interactions with members, coworkers and leadership
Staff are expected to demonstrate:

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist members as needed

Facility Duties:
· Complete daily cleaning and chore assignments
Other:
Participate in occasional respite nights/special events

Qualifications: Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Pass Central Registry Background Check Valid Az Driver's License (to transport members) Valid Driver's License (non-transport) Driver's Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) CPR & First Aid Certifications Article 9 DCW ( Direct Care Worker) Certificate - if applicable 18 years of age or older 21 years of age or older to transport
