The Role

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related major with 6+ years of CRM development experience
  • Master's in Computer Science or related major with 4+ years of CRM development experience
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer
  • AWS certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of standard Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Financial Services Cloud
  • Strong experience in Force.com development platform
  • Experience creating Lightning Apps using Lightning Design System , Lightning App Builder , and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs , Apex Triggers , Apex Classes , Callouts , SOQL , Workflow Rules , Approvals , Visual Flow , Process Builder , and Platform Events
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce design principles , scalable data modeling , Governor Limits , and Force.com best practices
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices development , including Salesforce API integration
  • Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , DevOps , and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Jenkins and Salesforce DX for build and deployment using CI/CD tools
  • Strong experience in Salesforce administration and end-user security requirements
  • Experience in large-scale system implementation , integration , interfaces , and data conversion
