This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, Omni-Channel, Data Cloud, and CTI integrations, with the ability to drive best practices and mentor other developers on the team. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions, including data models and system configurationsCustomize and configure the Salesforce.com platform to meet business needsDesign and develop high-performance Lightning Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Visualforce pagesWork with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agent Console, MuleSoft, Lightning Web Components, and ApexTranslate functional requirements into well-architected technical solutionsGuide the development of test classes to ensure 90%+ code coverageImplement and maintain automated testing, perform bug fixing, and manage production deploymentsTroubleshoot and debug issues, aligning with business needs and technical standardsSuggest and implement improved solutions to existing technical challengesKeep current with emerging Salesforce technologiesProvide implementation guidance for CTI integrations and contact center solutions. Required Skills & Experience7+ years of hands-on core development experience in Salesforce.com2+ years of experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, including Lightning Components, Events, and Page Templates5+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Process Flows2+ years of experience with MuleSoftHands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and complex integrationsProven experience administering Salesforce Omni-Channel (routing, queues, user management, security, etc.)Experience designing and developing custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and email alertsStrong experience integrating external systems with SalesforceDemonstrated ability to build customer-facing interfacesKnowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services CloudExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver clear technical solutions.
