Job Description

Bayfront Roofing & Construction is hiring an experienced Roof Repair Technician to join our growing team in the Coastal Bend. We are looking for someone with hands-on roofing experience who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and understands the importance of doing the job right the first time.

This position is focused on residential and light commercial roof repairs, leak repairs, roofing details, and smaller roofing projects. We are looking for someone who can work safely, communicate well, and represent our company professionally while on job sites.

$20 - $35 hourly

• Perform residential and light commercial roof repairs according to the project scope
• Locate and repair roof leaks
• Replace damaged shingles, flashing, vents, pipe jacks, and other roofing components
• Assist with repairs on commercial roofing systems when needed
• Install underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and decking as required
• Complete small roof repair projects safely and correctly
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Communicate clearly with project managers, office staff, and crew members
• Take job site photos when required and document completed work
• Follow company standards, safety requirements, and building code expectations

• Roofing experience required
• Knowledge of residential shingle systems preferred
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
