Job Description

Tired of the unpredictable hospital schedule? Join our RT home care team and enjoy consistent hours — no nights, no weekends, a company car, and a sign-on bonus!

Locations: Atlanta, McDonough, and Macon area

Schedule: Full-Time

Department: Home Health / Respiratory Care

About the Role

If you’re a skilled Respiratory Therapist seeking a stable routine and a healthier work-life balance, it’s time to make the switch to home care. Leave behind rotating shifts and late-night calls for a rewarding role that offers reliable, daytime hours — so you can focus on delivering high-quality care to your patients, and still have evenings and weekends free for yourself and your loved ones. Discover a career where your expertise is valued and your schedule works for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide in-home respiratory assessments, treatment, and follow-up care for patients with COPD, asthma, CHF, ventilator or tracheostomy needs, and other chronic respiratory conditions.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on equipment operation, oxygen safety, and preventive strategies.
  • Partner closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and family to coordinate seamless transitions from hospital to home.
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes promptly, and support physician-directed Plan of Care/Treatment for optimal outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advocate and motivator — empowering patients to take control of their health journey.

What You’ll Bring

  • Current GA Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) and BLS certification.
  • Previous experience in home health, subacute, or pulmonary rehab is preferred.
  • The ability to supervise clinical personnel and have a basic understanding of insurance requirements (Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance).
  • Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the care team.
  • A genuine passion for meeting patients where they are — literally and emotionally.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Consistent scheduling that supports stability and personal well-being.
  • Mission-driven culture focused on whole-person wellness and dignity.
  • Opportunities for career growth within the company.
  • Competitive pay with a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Company car.
  • The chance to build lasting patient relationships and see the direct impact of your care every day.

Ready to reclaim your evenings and weekends while making a real difference? Apply now and let your RT career thrive with the balance and consistency you deserve.
