AppleOne is assisting a client that is actively seeking a Commercial Construction/Maintenance Project Coordinator (projects range from $5,000.00 - $150,000.00) who brings industry expertise, attention to detail.

This is more than just a numbers role. It's a high-impact position where your input shapes winning bids, ensures profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Subcontractor/Vendor sourcing and buyout
• Produce and update project schedule for client
• Schedule, attend, and document project meetings
• Handle RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, etc.
• Update and maintain drawings, specs, and logs
• Document punch list work
• Manage project closeout documentation
• Plan and schedule preconstruction activities
• Procure necessary resources
• Process subcontractor invoices
• Invoice client monthly
• Ensure quality control
• Perform additional duties as required

Preferences / Competencies/Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial construction project coordination, administration or management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & Project; MS Field Services/CRM is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and dedication.
• Team builder/player.
• Able to interact with senior management, clients, and vendors.
