Job Description

Our client, an American retailer that owns and operates 4 brands that are well known, is looking for someone to join their team as a Production BOM Assistant in New York City!

*This is a contract role with benefits included*

In this role you will be responsible for the BOM data entry and management throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, demonstrating strong competency in data input accuracy and validation across systems and documentation.
  • Manage workflows effectively by prioritizing tasks and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize and maintain information within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, ensuring data integrity, version control, and alignment with design updates.
  • Act as a proactive communicator, providing clear status updates, flagging risks early, and collaborating effectively with internal teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • Support continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year of similar experience
  • PLM system knowledge
  • Retail experience
