About the Role:

We’re looking for our first-ever Product Manager in USA to join ScaleOps and help shape the future of our platform and company.

This is a foundational role with the opportunity to set the tone for product thinking, processes, and impact across the organization.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to lead the ideation, development, and delivery of features that solve deep technical challenges for DevOps, SREs, and platform teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own a strategic domain of our platform, define and deliver the product roadmap 
  • Translate customer needs, technical requirements, and business goals into clear, well-scoped product features
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to define, spec, and deliver features in an agile environment
  • Lead customer discovery efforts to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success
  • Build and implement product processes and best practices as the first product manager
  • Conduct competitive research and stay ahead of infrastructure product trends
  • Influence product strategy and company direction as a key member of the team

REQUIREMENTS

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or DevOps products
  • Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering-heavy teams
  • Strong ownership mindset and excitement to build from zero
  • Excellent communication skills in English 
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
  • Passion for solving complex technical problems and delivering real value
