Your Role as a Caregiver As a caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical, in-home care that empowers seniors to continue living with dignity and independence. Beyond assisting with daily tasks, you'll build meaningful relationships, offer encouragement, and become a trusted source of comfort for the individuals and families you serve. Responsibilities Include
  • Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, showering, toileting, and dressing
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Assisting with mobility inside and outside the home, including transportation to appointments
  • Planning and preparing meals
  • Grocery shopping or accompanying clients during errands
  • Performing light housekeeping duties
  • Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in a client's condition while responding appropriately during emergencies
  • Encouraging and assisting with activities of daily living to help clients remain as independent as possible
Qualifications We're looking for compassionate individuals who are dependable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care. Qualified candidates should have:
  • A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • At least 2 years of healthcare or in-home caregiving experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius of your home address
  • The ability to work with both male and female clients
  • The ability to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • A compassionate, dependable, and supportive demeanor
