Role Description

This is a full-time traveling role for a P&T Plant Operator. The Plant Operator will oversee daily commissioning operations, manage machinery and equipment, perform quality control assessments, and ensure that all safety and maintenance protocols are strictly adhered to. The role also involves troubleshooting and optimizing equipment performance to support operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Plant Operations and understanding of industrial processes
• Experience in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Strong skills in Machine Operation and Maintenance
• Competency in Board Operations
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work environment with both on-site and remote responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred required
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
