Job Description

We’re partnering with an award-winning digital marketing agency, to find a Paid Search Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity where you’ll manage and optimize paid search campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including technology, fintech, travel & tourism, and consumer products.

What You’ll Do

Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to maximize ROI.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and bid strategy management.
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align paid search efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
Stay current on paid search trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of hands-on paid search (SEM/PPC) experience.
Strong experience managing campaigns in Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus).
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and performance reporting.
Comfortable managing multiple client accounts in an agency or consulting environment.
Analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing campaign performance.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
