ABOUT THIS JOB
We are seeking a Media Buyer with direct response marketing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on social media platforms (Google, YouTube, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to generate conversions and/or sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute advertising strategies on social media platforms.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives, including video content, captions, and calls-to-action.
Allocate and manage media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and performance metrics.
Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and CPA.
Conduct A/B testing on creative assets, audience segments, and ad formats to identify the most effective approaches.
Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct response media buying.
In-depth understanding of social media advertising platforms (Google, YouTube, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), algorithms, and trends.
Strong ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Ability to collaborate with creative teams and contribute ideas for engaging content that resonates with the TikTok audience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
Familiarity with ad management tools, analytics platforms, and Excel/Google Sheets.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing campaigns and reporting.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and its integration with paid media.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
