Pride Health is hiring a Licensed Master Social Worker to support our clients in the medical facility. This is a permanent assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Type : Contract (12 Month's)

Location- Detroit, MI

Start Date: 04/13/26

Shift : Rotational

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW)
• Active Michigan LMSW or LLMSW License
• 5+ years case management experience
• 2+ years recent acute inpatient experience (REQUIRED)
• Discharge planning experience required
• Must be able to work with minimal training

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide social work services to pediatric/adolescent patients and families
• Develop care plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with discharge planning and community resource referrals
• Support patients through social, emotional, and environmental challenges
