Customer Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will support our current projects. You will be always welcome to take an active part in technical and non-technical discussions. We are fun and smart to work with, a great mix of mid-sized company expertise with a startup mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and expected deliverables under the guidance of senior team members
  • Support coordination of project activities to help ensure timelines and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements
  • Act as a coordination point between project team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
  • Prepare project updates, basic status reports, and assist in identifying potential risks or blockers
  • Support facilitation of project meetings and follow-ups to keep teams aligned
  • Monitor project progress and flag deviations or issues to senior project managers
  • Ensure important issues are communicated and escalated when necessary
  • Prepare time tracking reports and maintain project documentation
  • Support planning of team involvement across the project timeline
  • Assist with preparing invoices and project-related administrative documentation

Skills/Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, or a related role. Internships or academic project experience are also acceptable
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down tasks and support decision-making
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks
  • Basic familiarity with common project management methodologies
  • Ability to support and coordinate multiple small projects or initiatives simultaneously
