Connections Personnel is hiring for a temp to hire Inside Sales for our client in Piscataway, NJ who is seeking a relentless, competitive, success of the deal closing, money motivated inside sales representative with a proven track record in sales to aggressively retain and grow their existing client base. This role is for a true grinder. Someone who thrives on quotas, incentives, accountability and most of all… winning . Who you are?

A proven sales performer with inside sales ,sales account management or retention experience. Aggressive, competitive and driven by success of the deal , money, incentives and performance. Thick skinned, resilient and unfazed by objections or rejection. Highly organized and disciplined. A strong communicator with persuasive personality and closing skills. This is not a role for order takers or COMFORT SEEKERS.

Ideal background

  • Inside sales or account retention roles with proven results.
  • B2B sales experience.
  • CRM driven sales environment.
  • History of exceeding quotes consistently.

What you’ll do

You will start out training by developing a firm foundation on which your career will be built.

  • Learn our in place systems, phone, Software, etc.
  • Proactively engage current customers.
  • Upsell and cross sell additional products and services to these customers.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Make high volume outbound calls and follow ups daily.
  • Know how to handle price objections and explain the value of cost versus price.
  • Track activity, pipeline and performance metric.
  • Coordinate with operations and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Must have inside sales background or the desire to learn about the industry and grow.
  • Must be coachable and have a positive attitude.
  • Netsuite, Data Entry, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Drug test and background screening done prior to being hired.

Schedule: 7:30am-4pm Monday thru Friday.

Position is full-time ONSITE. Remote work is not an option.

Salary: $50K with room to advance .

What we offer

The base salary will be modest, the incentives will be off the charts. After a 3, 6 or 9 month training period,(everyone learns at different rates) …. once your performance proves that you are ready, incentives will be introduced that will greatly increase earning potential, Fortune 500 Level Benefits package after 90 days of permanent employment with the majority paid by employer. 401K with matching and Profit Sharing.
