National Water Systems is hiring experienced, full-cycle in-home closers to help launch and scale our Salt Lake City market.
This is a high-income, commission-only opportunity for proven sales professionals who can confidently run appointments, present solutions, and close deals in the home.
This is a door-to-door sales role. All leads and appointments are self-generated through canvassing—there are no pre-set appointments provided.

What You’ll Do
Run pre-set and self-generated in-home appointments
Perform water testing and product demonstrations
Educate homeowners on water quality issues and solutions
Present and close whole-home water systems
Handle objections and guide customers through decisions
Manage your pipeline from lead → appointment → close
Follow up with prospects to maximize close rate
Maintain strong close percentages and production metrics
100% Commission-Based (1099)
Average Closers: $140,000 – $200,000+ annually
High-ticket product = strong commissions per deal
