Job Summary:
Be at the center of distribution in our flagship warehouse location! At the Aurora Distribution Center (DC), you’ll get to see all the newest gear—apparel, skis, snowboards, and more—before it hits the stores. The Inventory Advanced Associate maintains accurate inventory records, performs cycle counts, resolves discrepancies, and supports warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid computer skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure efficient inventory flow. You’ll also assist in receiving, picking, and shipping processes to help distribute products to our retail locations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate as a self-sufficient, high-performing member of the warehouse team.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to support process improvements and efficiency.
  • Accurately process merchandise for put-away and picking.
  • Ensure correct SKU tagging and pricing on all items.
  • Restock inventory by scanning and placing merchandise in designated locations.
  • Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities, and confirm accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies such as overages, shortages, mis-ships, or damages.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment—and have fun doing it!
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to maintain smooth operations.


Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (warehouse experience preferred).
  • Supervisory experience (1 year preferred).
  • Proficient with computers and able to learn new software quickly.
  • English fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Team-first mindset and willingness to assist in other areas during peak periods. 

 

The expected pay range is $20.74/hr - $25.40/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
