Conduct comparative studies of public policy differences across markets, and provide data support for clients to develop Europe-specific business strategies and optimal investment pathways.
3. Provide professional policy interpretation and advice to business units including marketing, legal, and sustainability. Conduct policy due diligence and scenario analysis for mergers and acquisitions, major investments, and business roadmap planning. Evaluate the long-term impact of political stability and policy trends in European markets on investment returns.

Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree or above in Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or related fields; background in European area studies is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in European policy research at multinational corporations, international organizations, think tanks, or consulting firms, with familiarity with the legislative and regulatory systems of the EU and its major member states.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to independently produce high-quality policy analysis reports, investment impact assessments, and other professional materials.
4. Deep understanding of policy-making logic within Europe’s diverse political systems and cultural contexts, with the ability to efficiently distill complex regulatory information into actionable business recommendations.
5. English as a working language; proficiency in other European languages such as French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
