Data Architect Sr. Principal

We're seeking a Data Architect to design and deliver modern, scalable data platforms and models that support enterprise analytics and decision-making.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent
Experience: 10+ years of related experience
Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI with poly
US citizenship required

10+ years in data engineering, BI, or analytics, including 5+ years designing enterprise data architectures (warehouse, lake, or lakehouse).
Delivered 3+ production cloud data platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP, covering security, networking, cost optimization, and DR aligned to RPO/RTO targets.
Strong data modeling experience: built 10+ enterprise models (conceptual, logical, physical), including dimensional (star/snowflake) and normalized/Data Vault designs.
Delivered and maintained 25+ production data pipelines (batch or streaming) with automated quality checks, lineage, and orchestration tools such as Airflow, ADF, Glue, or Dagster, meeting defined freshness/latency SLAs.
Hands-on experience with data governance: catalogs, glossaries, classification, retention, RBAC/ABAC, and compliance with frameworks like GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, or SOX.

Desired Qualifications
Experience with cloud-native data management platforms.

Experience leading data management or analytics teams.

Certification in relevant data science or analytics methodologies.
