Fuze HR Solutions is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer specializing in high-precision machining, fabrication, and assembly. We are actively seeking highly experienced CNC Mill Machinists with strong backgrounds in horizontal 4th and 5th axis complex set-ups.

As a CNC Mill Machinist:

• Perform complex setups and operation of 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC Mills (horizontal experience highly preferred)
• Machine precision aerospace components to exacting tolerances
• Plan and execute advanced fixturing, tooling, and multi-axis setups
• Monitor production performance and make real-time adjustments for quality and efficiency
• Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.)
• Collaborate with programming, tooling, and production teams to optimize workflow
• Maintain and update setup documentation and process notes
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace

CNC Mill Machinist Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of advanced CNC mill setup experience (4th & 5th axis required)
• Strong experience with horizontal milling and complex multi-axis setups
• Background in precision aerospace or tight-tolerance machining environments
• Ability to independently plan setups, tooling strategies, and workholding solutions
• Working knowledge of Mastercam (or similar CAM software) preferred
• Ability to meet ITAR compliance requirements
• High School Diploma or GED

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $30–$40/hr
