We’re growing at Align Chiropractic—and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us. We’re currently hiring a Clinical Operations Specialist to join our team in West Chester.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives in an environment where energy is high, standards are clear, and what you do actually matters. This role is critical to how we deliver care and has a high level of interaction with the patients and our team of doctors.

You’ll be directly involved in patient flow, in-office procedures, and supporting our doctors in creating a world-class experience.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position.

This is for someone who likes to move, stay engaged, and be part of a team that operates at a high level.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving efficient patient flow and supporting day-to-day clinical operations

• Assisting with in-office procedures, consultations, and objective progress tracking

• Executing systems and protocols with a high level of precision and consistency

• Contributing to a structured, organized, and high-performance patient experience
