PROFID is building a new global trust layer for the future economy.

If Visa built the infrastructure for the movement of money, PROFID is building the infrastructure for the movement of trust — between companies, individuals, platforms, and AI systems.

We are looking for a Late Co-Founder / COO who can work directly with the founder and help drive the next phase:

  • fundraising execution
  • enterprise traction
  • operating discipline
  • early scale architecture
What You Will Own Fundraising Execution

Help sharpen investor process, strengthen positioning, and materially improve the probability of closing the right round.

Enterprise GTM

Help turn real pipeline into pilots, contracts, and strategic customer relationships. Not activity for the sake of activity — real commercial movement.

Operating Build-Out

Create execution cadence, accountability, prioritization, and the early operating structure required for scale.

Who This Role Is For

This role is likely a fit if you have real experience doing some combination of the following:

  • building or scaling a venture-backed startup
  • carrying meaningful operating responsibility
  • helping raise capital
  • driving enterprise sales or strategic partnerships
  • operating effectively in ambiguity and under pressure
  • working closely with founders in high-intensity environments

A strong U.S. network across investors, operators, or enterprise buyers is highly valuable.

Who Should Not Pursue This

This is probably not the right role if:

  • you want a polished corporate environment
  • you prefer managing an existing machine instead of building one
  • you need a fully de-risked role from day one
  • you want a narrow functional seat rather than broad company-building responsibility
  • you are stronger in theory than in direct execution
Compensation

This is a real co-founder-level opportunity with meaningful long-term upside.

Pre-raise cash compensation is limited. Post-raise compensation is expected to normalize at a market executive level. Equity and structure depend on actual fit, track record, and the level of operating and commercial impact you can bring.
