Role Overview

The Bilingual Recruiter supports PROMAN’s Joliet branch by delivering high‑volume recruiting, exceptional candidate experience, and accurate onboarding for industrial, logistics, and skilled trades roles. This position plays a key role in applicant intake, screening, orientation, payroll support, and client communication. You will manage front‑desk flow, maintain compliance accuracy, and help ensure strong fill rates and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support to all applicants, assisting with applications, onboarding documents, compliance forms (I‑9, W‑4, medical questionnaires), and general inquiries.
• Screen candidates for industrial, logistics, and skilled roles; assess job readiness and match candidates to open orders to maximize fill rates and client satisfaction.
• Conduct orientations, job‑specific training, and client‑required testing; clearly communicate job expectations and worksite requirements.
• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time while maintaining clean, complete employee records.
• Maintain employee and assignment accuracy within Avionté; update candidate profiles, dispatch information, and placement details in real time.
• Communicate with clients regarding staffing requests, arrivals, call‑offs, attendance issues, and service updates; escalate issues appropriately.
• Build strong relationships with client partners through consistent communication and occasional on‑site visits to learn job duties and ensure accurate placement decisions.
• Support employee relations by providing coaching, addressing performance concerns, and following PROMAN service procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; AA degree preferred or equivalent customer service/recruiting experience.
• Previous experience in recruiting, customer service, HR support, or high‑volume administrative environments.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication abilities in a fast‑paced staffing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Avionté ATS experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to client locations, walk facilities, and perform occasional light lifting for files or materials.
