This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Technical Producer to join the Magic: The Gathering Arena production team. In this role, you will be responsible for a squad of developers dedicated to building durable and scalable player events inside MTG: Arena. Additionally, you will facilitate inventory management efforts for the team to ensure accurate and timely product launches.

This is an on-site role at our office in Renton WA. You will be required to be at the office from Tuesday to Thursday.
Own end-to-end production for Arena Direct events, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined, communicated, and realized.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure accurate timing, allocation, and readiness for shipping and fulfillment.
Manage inventory planning and tracking for physical products tied to digital events, including monitoring warehouse levels, reviewing production timelines, and flagging risks.
Build and maintain production schedules, run documents, and retrospectives for events and product drops.
Ensure events stay on track by proactively identifying blockers, managing trade-offs, and driving resolution.
Act as deputy launch lead, managing cross-functional readiness and issue resolution during high-impact events.
Support post-event reviews by identifying process improvements, and documenting learnings for future events.
Champion clear communication and alignment across a wide group of stakeholders with differing priorities and timelines.
Experience working with or as part of a digital game development team with at least one commercially shipped title in a production
Strong organizational instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent schedules
Knowledge and understanding of Agile development practices
Experience with product and software development processes and project management
Able to run a project from start to finish with minimal input from Leadership
Outstanding oral and written communications skills
Passion for continuous improvement
Direct experience as a Producer or Project Manager in games, live service, or digital products.
Background in ecommerce, physical product launches, or fulfillment operations, especially where timing and inventory accuracy are critical.
Familiarity with inventory management concepts (forecasting, buffers, allocations, constraints).
Experience planning or supporting digital or in-person live events.
Comfort working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, marketing, and external vendors.
Strong working knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt plans in fast-moving, high-visibility launches.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex plans into high-level overviews for non-technical audiences.
Passion for Magic: The Gathering and understanding of its players is a major plus.

The base salary range for this position is $80,200.00 to $108,400.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
