Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking skilled Maintenance Techniciansto join our team at Vantage Point Apartments located on Rebsamen Park Road in Little Rock. 💸What You’ll Get: 

• $18.00–$20.00/HR DOE 
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses

🔧What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
• Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
• Interior/exterior painting and repairs
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Conduct preventative maintenance
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks)

✅What We’re Looking For: 

• 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
• HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
• Working knowledge of:
• Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
• Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
• Appliance repair
• Carpentry, drywall & painting
• Water heater systems (gas & electric)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
• Availability: Monday–Friday, 8AM – 5PM + on-call rotation
