Air Export Agent

Romulus, MI (On-Site)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Air Export Agent to manage end-to-end air export shipments in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is critical to ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and on-time delivery for international shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export shipments with customers, carriers, and global partners
• Prepare and manage export documentation in compliance with international regulations
• Ensure timely movement of freight and proactive communication on shipment status
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipment issues to minimize delays
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in air export operations and freight forwarding
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and export compliance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience with CargoWise is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, on-site environment
