Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on consultant with strong Business Analysis and AI capabilities to drive immediate impact. This is a fast-paced, embedded role where you’ll work directly with business teams to identify opportunities, implement practical AI solutions, and improve day-to-day efficiency.
You’ll sit alongside teams, understand how they operate, and quickly translate ideas into real, usable solutions leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Amazon Quick Suite.
This engagement is flexible by design and can range from short-term to long-term based on impact and evolving needs, with potential for temp to hire.
What You’ll Do
• Partner directly with business teams to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Translate manual processes into scalable, AI-enabled workflows
• Work hands-on with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Quick Suite to develop solutions
• Move quickly from idea to execution, iterating based on feedback
• Act as an extension of the team, supporting initiatives that lack bandwidth
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Document solutions in a clear, practical way to support adoption
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
• Strong understanding of generative AI and how to apply it in a business setting
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts in a simple way
• Proven ability to ramp quickly and deliver immediate value
• Strong intuition for business processes and operational efficiency
• Collaborative, team-first mindset
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Nice to Have
• Experience with Amazon Quick Suite
• Background in financial services, insurance, or operations
• Business Analysis or process improvement experience
• Exposure to prompt engineering or AI workflow design
